Peridale Granules are a bulk promtoing agent for the symptomatic relief of diarrhoea, constipation and enteritis and for control of stool consistency following surgery and as an aid in the management of infected anal sacs in dogs. The product is a natural, traditional herbal remedy which has no pharmacological activity, but acts locally in the gastro-intestinal tract as a bulking agent. Sterculia is an otherwise inert substance which is not absorbed and so not exerting any systemic effect.
