Terms and Conditions of The Pet Medicine Company Caption Competition

In entering this competition you understand and agree:

1. The competition closes at midnight on 30th November 2011 and the competition winner will be picked by 15th December 2011 and notified within 30 days thereafter
2. This competition is open to UK residents only, aged 18 years and older.
3. The competition prize can only be sent to a postal address within the UK.
4. There are no limits on the number of entries per person
5. In order to have a valid entry, you must supply us with your name, UK contact details and telephone number.
6. Your caption entry must be no longer than 25 words.
7. The Pet Medicine Company has a panel of judges, the judges' decision is final and no further discussion thereafter will be entered into.
8. The prize for this competition is an embroidered 'The Pet Medicine Company' horse rug.  Once the winner is confirmed, they will be contacted, the size of the rug will be determined and will be dispatched thereafter. (This could take up to 4-6 weeks).
9. The prize is as stated. There is no cash alternative and it cannot be sold or transferred.
10. If you are selected as the winner, your name and caption will be shown on the relevant competition web page.
11. If you are not the winner, but your caption is shown as one of the other best captions, your name and caption will be shown on the relevant competition web page.
12. If you send us a photo to be considered for use in our future competitions, they must be sent through in a jpeg format and if you are not the owner of the photograph, you must have the agreement of the owner.
13. If you enter a photo to be considered for use in our future competitions and it is selected, you will be given an individual 'promo code' for 5% off one online order only on The Pet Medicine Company website.  This promo code cannot be used on any affiliate websites.
14. No purchase from The Pet Medicine Company is necessary to enter this competition.
15. The Pet Medicine Company reserves the right to cancel this competition at any time.
16. The Pet Medicine Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this competition at any time.
17. Company employees, friends or family of The Pet Medicine Company or associated companies are not eligible to enter this competition.
18. The Pet Medicine Company reserves the right to decline or disqualify an entry, if it is deemed to be unsuitable in nature or content. This includes captions that may be offensive, previously published, copyrighted (by someone other than the entrant) or otherwise contrary to the spirit of the competition.
19. We will not pass your details on to any third party companies, by entering this competition, however you agree that your details may be used by The Pet Medicine Company for marketing purposes.
20. No postal entries will be accepted.
